• WALKING IS GOOD FOR HEALTH

🚶‍♂️ You can reach us on foot from the train station; it's very easy to access and only takes 20 minutes.

Take Rue du Maire Kuss, then continue to cross Pont Kuss. Turn right onto Quai Desaix.

Continue along Quai Turckheim, then cross the Ponts Couverts. At the end, turn left onto Quai Finkwiller, then cut through Place Saint Louis and turn left onto Rue du Dragon. The hotel is the red house on the corner.

  • STRASBOURG, THE CITY OF BICYCLES.

You may have seen it in our certifications – we specialize in Accueil Vélo, and that’s no coincidence.
With us, you will find tailored services such as a secure bike storage area and a repair station for adjustments or inflating your tires. Feel free to reach out to us!

Strasbourg is one of the most bike-friendly cities in France!

🚴 Arriving by bike is an option, but simply cycling around our beautiful city has become a must.

For more information, feel free to contact us or visit the website Cycling in Alsace.

By the way, we rent out two lovely bikes at the hotel. If they are already taken, you can visit Velhop, which offers a wide range of rental bikes, including electric ones for those who prefer extra comfort.

  • PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Public transportation, such as trams and buses, is a great alternative for getting around the city, thanks to a well-developed network and frequent service. Available from 5 AM to 1 AM, you can purchase your tickets at vending machines located at each stop.

Just remember to validate your ticket at the yellow machine before boarding, and you're all set for a journey where you can switch lines within an hour without needing a new ticket. There are also daily and DUO ticket options available.

    - Getting to us from the train station:

🚋 By tram: Take line A towards "Graffenstaden" or line D towards "Kehl Bahnhof" and get off at the "Porte de l'Hôpital" stop.

🚌 By bus: Take the line towards "Musée d'Art Moderne," which will drop you off at the "St Nicolas" stop, on a street perpendicular to the hotel. You can purchase your ticket directly on the bus and validate it in front of the driver.

    - Getting to us from Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport:

🚆 Did you know that the airport offers a TER train connection to Strasbourg’s main station? The journey takes just 10 minutes!
From there, take the tram or bus as mentioned above.

    - Getting to the European Parliament from our hotel:

🚋 By tram: Take line E from the "République" or "Étoile Polygone" stop towards "Robertsau l'Escale" and get off at "Parlement Européen."
Alternatively, take line B from "Homme de Fer" towards "Hoenheim" and get off at "Wacken."

Here you can find information such as maps and schedules.

  • BY CAR

🚗  If you wish to drive to us, it's very easy. We are close to the motorway exits.

    Reaching us by car:

On the A4, take exit No. 2 direction  "Porte Blanche," when you get there, follow towards direction 'Hôpital Civil'. Turn onto the 'Quai Finkwiller' and then to the 'Quai Charles Frey'. Turn right onto the 'Quai Saint Nicolas'. Turn right again onto the 'Rue du Dragon'. You will find the hotel on your left side.

However, you won’t need your car much during your stay, rest assured. We also have solutions for its rest:

    - Our Parking:

First, we have a parking lot at the hotel at a cost, on reservation. Your car must be less than 1.80 meters high.
⚡ If you have an electric vehicle, we also have two charging spots available for an additional €15 per day.
Please note, advance reservation is required as spots are limited.

If our parking is full, don’t worry—Strasbourg has plenty of options.

    - 🅿️ Public Parking:

We do not recommend parking on the street as the rates are quite high, but the city offers parking solutions with guaranteed spaces:

    • The Austerlitz parking lot is 300 meters away and has 5 spaces for electric vehicles on level 0. We offer discounts for this parking if your stay exceeds 24 hours, just ask us!
    • If your car is tall, there’s the Bateliers parking with a maximum height of 2m, or the Elsau Park and Ride, which has no height limit and also provides charging stations for electric vehicles. For the Elsau parking, the cost includes a round-trip tram ticket per person occupying the vehicle to reach us. Check the tram information in this section.

    - Crit'Air sticker:

Finally, before coming with your car, make sure you have the correct Crit'Air sticker!
Strasbourg has regulations during pollution peaks, and the sticker is mandatory.
To obtain it, you can visit this site if your license plate is French or if it's foreign.
